What size running spikes should i use for running a 4x1, high jump, and 100 hurdles?

Okay, so i have asics spiked track shoes, but the spiked are really small, what would the best size spikes me for 4x1, 100 hurdles, and high jump?|||Well... on a rubber track it really doesn't matter all that much to be honest. However, you have to take into account most tracks restrict the length of the spikes so they won't damage the surface.

1/4 or smaller is good, do not get larger spikes, they actually are slower on a rubber track. If you are going to be running on a hard track then obviously the next size up is good also. If you do all three events in one track meet, do the prelims in the spikes, then change them when you are in the finals.|||The best thing you should do is to try different length spikes and see what feel best to you. The two most common spikes are 1/4 inches and 1/8 inch spikes.
