Anyone have good conditioning tips for track and high jump or a good daily workout??

I'm 16 and am going to attempt high jump this year at my high school. i haven't tried it before so i don't know what to expect...

i also would like to tone my stomach butt and thighs. i am not overweight so i don't need anything too extreme but enough so i get the desired results. i have a friend that i will more than likely be training with so a two person work out would be helpful as well!|||lookup interval training for your cardio %26amp; hypersetting for your resistance workouts- they both help with your anaroebic capacity %26amp; compliment your track/field goals (more work for less %26amp; explosiveness),

once my body is in better shape (esp joint health), i myself, am going to introduce some hi intensity power/olympic lifts, like clean/jerk %26amp; squat.

in terms of toning, proper form %26amp; technique will natural tone up your core.
