Does anyone know any good weight and/or bodyweight training program to get better at high jump?

Last year, I worked on form for high jump and got it down, now I need exercises to be able to physically jump higher. I have technique, I just need more power. I was ranked last in my league last year but would like to go to state this year. All high jumper's responses and thoughts are welcome. Thanks.|||Check out this youtube video.

They have a better high jump program which has great results.|||so wht you need is leg power. what you can do is:

Squats, put your legs shoulder wideth apart and go down until your knees are at 90 degree angle, keep your back straight ( no weights needed) do like 4 sets of 10-15

Stair jumping- stand at the bottom of the stairs, legs shoulder wideth apart, squat down till knees are at 90 degrees and jump up to the first stair and keep going to the top, do that till you're legs are tired.

Lunges- do that about 4 sets of 10-15

and that should do it, if you wanted to add weight to any of that get a 25lbs plate and start with that|||P90x
