Can javelin shoes be used as high jump shoes?

I throw the javelin in high school and I also do high jump. Which shoe would be best fitted for the both because right now I am using my old football cleats for javelin, and mid distance spikes for high jump. Which shoe should i get because they both have spikes in the heel part of the shoe.|||If you are going to buy one pair of shoes then get the high jump shoes and throw with them, rather than trying to jump in javelin shoes.
