How do I train to jump higher in high jump?

I'm 15yrs old and ever since I was about 12-13yrs old I have made it in high jump upto 1.25m and I just can't get over 1.25m and I'm in grade 10 this year and it's my last year to complete high jump so I really would like to get over 1.25m is there any tips??|||Myself trained with an old bicycle riding many miles a day building up my leg muscles. I also built my own high jump bar and practiced. If my figures or correct, your clearing just over 49.21 inches or 4 foot 10 inches. All I can say is shame on you. I was 5 foot 1 inch tall and could clear 5 foot 8 inches.

One meter = 39.37 inches. divided by 4 = 9.84. 39.37 + 9.84 = 49. 21 inches Divided by 12 = 4foot 10 inches oh and by the way, I weighed 105 pounds. What is really funny about this is, at 27 years old I got to 5 foot 8 inches tall. One kid on my team was 5 foot 7 inches and he was clearing 6 foot 2 inches. We are white males also. If this tells you anything I could leg press 620 pounds. You got a lot of work to do to pull off what your wonting to do.
