HELP PLZ!?.!?.?!|||calf raises to help with your jumping ability. you can look up other exercises to help with jumping. form is also a big part in field events. so if you can just get 30 minutes of form work for the day, that will help tremendously. good luck|||Google plyometrics. It is a type of exercise focusing on the legs. It's like squats and stuff.
For jumping you need to have strong knee drive, and quickness. So run and workout your legs.
