Good shoes to increase high jump height?

okay so i made the black team for high jump for my school. black team is for the better people. i have been chosen to go to this one meet for when the coaches take the 2 best people from each event and they get to go. when i jump, i just use my cheerleading sneakers because i dont have any other ones. i wanna know what kind of shoe that would help increase my height in highjump. even if its by a few inches. thankks!|||no need for shoes IN THE KITCHEN|||Spikes are a good option but you should also look for shoes that feel comfortable and are light.
