I really want to do high jump instead of long jump next year in track. I have a trampoline. Any suggestions so that when track comes I'm ready and I'll be good? Oh and I've never high jumped except for in gym class:)|||I had some problems trying to dunk when I played basketball. But I practiced jumping drills everyday until I was able to master the jumping techniques and dunk. I know this doesn't have to do anything with track and field but try checkout this site below. It gave me good tips and tricks and showed me what I was doing wrong during my training.
