Im new at high jump and only have specific high jump practices one a week. I really want to practice, but i don't have a mat. Maybe you can tell me where i can get one cheap? I really dont want to hurt myself. i cant bring couch cushions outside, and i fell on a table today attempting to do it in the house i really need help. Any Advice?
Thanks,
marra :]|||You don't need to lay out and land to practice.
You can do your approach, and jump up, without going onto a pit.
Go outside, practice your approach, and driving up with your knee and arm.
Getting your steps down is the most important thing.
