I'm 13 and 5' 11" I can jump high enough to touch backboard but I need a workout that I can follow to help me grab rim. I would like to be able to do it within 2 months.|||calf rises|||Jump rope a lot.
You can also use some ankle weights if you like.
And do a lot of vertical jumping! All of that will help!
I know will because I do it every day for practice for my high school, and it has improved my jumping very much!
